Role Description The Business System Analyst role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time, remote position focused on bridging business needs with technology solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the analyst collaborates with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements, documents current and future-state processes, and translates business needs into clear system specifications. The role involves analyzing existing systems, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements or new solutions that support organizational goals. The analyst partners closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented, participates in testing and validation of system changes, and helps develop user documentation and training materials. Regular responsibilities include preparing reports, presenting findings, and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives across the business.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills to evaluate current platforms and recommend effective technical solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and prioritize needs from diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-focused environment, preferably in a remote or distributed setting.
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and use of common business analysis tools (e.g., requirements management or diagramming software).
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and testing practices is beneficial.
