Role Description This is a full-time, remote Flutter Developer role. The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing UI/UX designs, integrating APIs and backend services, writing clean and testable code, and debugging and optimizing existing features. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation. The Flutter Developer is expected to stay current with Flutter best practices and emerging mobile technologies to continuously improve application quality.
Qualifications
Strong Flutter and Dart development skills, with experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications.
Proficiency in mobile app architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and working with design tools or assets from product/design teams.
Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and writing unit/integration tests for mobile applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Experience with native Android/iOS development or other cross-platform frameworks is a plus.
Background in building scalable applications for production and familiarity with app store deployment processes is beneficial.
