Role Description The IT Business Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions. Daily tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement through IT initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, translating business needs into functional specifications, and working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals. The IT Business Analyst will also support testing activities, assist with change management and user training, and contribute to ongoing optimization of systems and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, trends, and business metrics.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
Experience defining and documenting Business Requirements for IT projects.
Knowledge of Business Process modeling, workflow optimization, and process mapping.
Understanding of Information Technology concepts, systems, and solution delivery practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., process modeling or requirements management tools) is beneficial.
Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies is an advantage.
