Role Description The Product Designer role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on creating intuitive, visually engaging digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and ensuring a consistent visual language across platforms. The Product Designer will conduct and interpret user research, apply design thinking to solve problems, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data. This role also involves preparing design documentation, working closely with developers for smooth implementation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills to create user-centered, scalable solutions.
Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to produce clear, attractive, and consistent interfaces and design systems.
Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills to gather insights, test concepts, and validate design decisions.
Candidates should possess proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly and work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess relevant experience in product or UX/UI design; a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work is required. A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
