Role Description The Python Engineer role is a full-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and applications using Python. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating with databases and APIs, and optimizing performance and scalability of existing systems. The Python Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement features, and troubleshoot technical issues. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving development workflows, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with a focus on Python.
Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and web services.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, including version control, testing, and deployment practices.
Candidates should possess skills working with Databases, including schema design, queries, and integration with applications.
Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and RESTful API design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
