Role Description The React Application Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications using React and related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include translating product requirements and UX wireframes into responsive, accessible, and performant React components, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions. The role involves integrating APIs and services, optimizing application performance, ensuring code quality through reviews and testing, and maintaining clean, modular codebases. The React Application Designer will also participate in sprint planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of development and design practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, including building React-based applications and working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Databases and Integration, such as consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs and connecting front-end interfaces to data layers.
Ability to contribute to Project Management activities, including task estimation, collaboration in agile teams, and clear communication of progress and risks.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards for web applications.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and common front-end tooling (bundlers, linters, testing frameworks).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities, with attention to detail and code quality.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
