Role Description The React Web Design role is a full-time remote position focused on creating visually engaging and user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern front-end technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing responsive layouts, building reusable UI components, and ensuring consistent branding across web pages. The role involves collaborating with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs, optimizing performance and accessibility, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics. The individual in this role will maintain design standards, document front-end patterns, and stay current with emerging web design and React best practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and User Interface Design to create visually coherent and intuitive digital experiences.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing interactive user interfaces.
Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design skills to ensure layouts function effectively across various devices and screen sizes.
Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills to develop clear visual assets, icons, and imagery aligned with brand guidelines.
Candidates should have knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO principles for front-end implementations.
Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills in collaborative, remote environments.
A bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
Experience working with design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and version control systems (such as Git) is preferred.
