Role Description The Software Quality Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of software solutions delivered by EgoTECHworld. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing test cases, performing manual testing across various platforms, and documenting test results and defects. The role involves collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, review specifications, and support timely defect resolution. The Software Quality Analyst will also contribute to improving quality assurance processes, maintaining test documentation, and providing clear, concise feedback on software quality before release.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Testing and Manual Testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and Quality Assurance to plan, run, and document test activities effectively.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Software Quality principles to help improve overall product reliability and user experience.
Relevant experience with defect tracking tools, test management systems, and basic SQL or data validation is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
