Role Description The Software Tester role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, and documenting test results. The Software Tester will collaborate with developers and product teams to identify defects, reproduce issues, and verify fixes. The role also involves contributing to quality assurance processes, maintaining test documentation, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills.
Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases design and documentation skills.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with bug tracking tools and test management systems is beneficial.
Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with automated testing tools and scripting is a plus.
