Role Description This full-time remote UI Designer role is responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for web and digital products. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. You will refine design systems and style guides, ensure visual consistency across platforms, and contribute to user flows that support a positive overall user experience. The role also involves preparing assets for handoff to front-end developers, reviewing implementations, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance data. You will participate in design critiques, maintain documentation, and stay current with UI and UX best practices and trends.
Qualifications

Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with a portfolio showcasing modern, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
Experience creating wireframes and Mockups using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, interaction patterns, and usability best practices.
Basic familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to support effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a user-centered mindset.
Previous experience designing web or digital products; experience in tech or IT services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
