Role Description The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive web applications and sites, ensuring high performance, usability, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality and APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing code for speed and scalability. The role involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to translate requirements into clean, well-documented code, as well as troubleshooting issues and participating in code reviews. This is a full-time, remote role based in the USA, requiring consistent communication, self-management, and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building and maintaining production-ready web applications.
Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
Back-End Web Development skills, such as experience with server-side languages, frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
Web Design skills focused on usability, accessibility, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and testing methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
