1. Software Engineer

IFS R&D International (Pvt.) Ltd, Colombo 09, Sri Lanka
• Developed and enhanced ERP features using IFS Aurena, PL/SQL and IFS frameworks. Contributed to Kyriba payment integration end to end, covering client and server-side development and related Test-A-Rest (TAR/SAR) automation scripts.
• Wrote several TAR automation scripts and resolved many internal and customer reported defects reported across 24R1-26R2 IFS Cloud releases, consistently meeting sprint deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Delivered Get to Cloud (G2C) migration, ISO20022 payment checks handling, Central Bank Reporting (Germany Z5A) and SEPA Direct Debit (SEPADD) legal keep-ups and contributed in Near Zero Downtime (NZD) implementations. Worked on Oracle Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR) preparation work to ensure Near Zero Downtime (NZD) during database upgrades and for the implementation of DE09 Perfidia Record Description Changes 2026 for R&D Finance.
• Supported release engineering for 24R2, 25R1 and 25R2 releases, migrated and rectified Report Studio reports for R&D Finance - Payment and Tax Reporting area. Further, guided interns and associate developers on technical issues.
• Embedded AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code into daily workflow to accelerate delivery, building a UI automation solution for the Tax Template area and an internal Pull Request (PR) Review AI Agent.
