I have around 4 years of professional experience. I started my career in HR at PinnacleO Pvt Ltd, where I worked on end-to-end recruitment and HR activities. My exposure to business requirements and stakeholder interactions developed my interest in Business Analysis. I then joined Tekskills as a Business Analyst, where I worked on requirement gathering, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and stakeholder coordination. Currently, I am working with Nexucon as a Business Analyst, handling requirements, JIRA, Confluence, Agile ceremonies, UAT coordination, and change request management.
