I'm a Business Analyst with experience in retail tech, e-commerce and AI products. My work sits between the business and technology sides: gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, working with stakeholders, and supporting testing through to go-live. I've delivered work for global retail clients such as Chanel, Specsavers and Harrods, and I'm currently doing BA work on an AI product at a robotics company in Australia. I've worked in remote and hybrid teams across different countries, so I'm comfortable working on my own and managing several priorities at once. I enjoy turning unclear needs into something a team can build.
