Role Description The Information Technology Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time remote role includes defining project requirements, building detailed project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as developers, engineers, and business stakeholders. The IT Project Manager will track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate status updates and dependencies to leadership and project sponsors. Daily responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, managing timelines and resources, facilitating stand-ups and project meetings, and ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives. The role also involves collaborating on process improvements, documenting project outcomes, and supporting continuous improvement in project management practices. Qualifications Project Planning and Program Management skills to define scope, create schedules, manage budgets, and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives. Solid foundation in Information Technology, with the ability to understand technical concepts, systems, and integration points. Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members and present clear updates. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess project data, identify risks, propose solutions, and support data-driven decisions. Experience managing IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
