Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a JavaScript Developer. The JavaScript Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, integrating front-end and back-end components, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, participating in code reviews, contributing to technical discussions, and helping improve development workflows and standards. The developer will also monitor application performance, implement optimizations, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience applying it to modern web applications. Front-End Development skills, including building responsive user interfaces and working with component-based architectures. Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, including RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and integration with databases. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.js or similar tools. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with attention to performance and security. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment. Effective communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Experience with agile or iterative development methodologies is a plus.
