Role Description The Analyst role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time, remote position focused on turning data and information into clear insights that support business and technology decisions. On a typical day, the Analyst will gather and analyze data from various sources, prepare reports and dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients. The role includes documenting business requirements, assisting in evaluating IT solutions, and supporting project planning and performance tracking. The Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, help refine processes based on evidence, and contribute to research and content that highlight technology trends and best practices. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and present clear, evidence-based insights. Proficiency with common analysis and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, data visualization or BI tools, presentation software, and collaborative platforms). Ability to gather and document business requirements, map processes, and support solution evaluation in a technology-focused environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise reports, summaries, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences. Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating with distributed teams across functions and time zones. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Exposure to IT, software, or technology services environments; familiarity with industry trends and interest in continuous learning.
