Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Designer at Egotechworld. The Web Designer will create and maintain visually engaging, user-friendly website layouts and interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project goals. Daily tasks include designing web pages and UI components, creating graphics and visual assets, and collaborating with developers and content teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. The role also involves optimizing designs for responsive behavior across devices, conducting basic usability reviews, and iterating based on stakeholder feedback and performance data. The Web Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvements to the user experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered, modern interfaces. Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital products, including icons, illustrations, and visual assets. Working knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand implementation constraints. Experience using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and familiarity with design systems and style guides. Understanding of accessibility best practices, user experience principles, and web performance considerations. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with distributed teams. 1–3 years of relevant experience in web or digital product design; prior work in tech or IT services is a plus.
