Role Description As a Business System Analyst at Egotechworld, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze existing systems and processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven improvements. You will document business and functional requirements, create use cases and workflows, and collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions. The role also involves supporting testing activities, validating that delivered solutions meet requirements, and assisting with user training and adoption. This is a full-time, remote role that requires proactive communication, self-management, and effective collaboration across distributed teams. Qualifications Strong foundation in Business Systems Analysis and Business Analysis, with experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements. Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, including creating functional specifications, process flows, and use cases. Well-developed Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) in a technology or IT-focused environment. Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfort working in a fully remote setting, with strong time management, organization, and self-directed work habits. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with Agile or other modern software development methodologies and common tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) is a plus.
