Role Description The Product Designer will work full time in a remote capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and content teams to design intuitive digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include exploring user needs, defining product requirements, and creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs. The role involves conducting and synthesizing user research, iterating on concepts based on feedback and data, and ensuring consistency across design systems and components. The Product Designer will participate in design reviews, support implementation with clear specifications, and help refine product strategy through a user-centered design approach. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills for end-to-end solution development. Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to create clear, engaging, and accessible interfaces. Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills to understand user needs and validate design decisions. Candidates should have proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic prototyping practices. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly. Candidates should have experience building or contributing to design systems and applying usability and accessibility best practices. Candidates should ideally hold a degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
