Role Description The Website Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for creating visually engaging, user-friendly websites that align with EgoTECHworld’s brand and client needs. Day-to-day tasks include designing website layouts, selecting color schemes and typography, and producing graphics and visual assets for web pages. The role involves collaborating with content creators and developers, implementing responsive design best practices, and optimizing interfaces for usability and accessibility across devices. The Website Designer will also support front-end implementation, conduct design reviews, and iterate on feedback to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create modern, accessible, and mobile-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for developing visual assets, icons, banners, and layouts that support brand identity.
Foundational knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers and implement designs.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and web accessibility standards.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
