Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading analysis initiatives that support strategic and operational decision-making. This position involves gathering and validating business requirements, mapping current and future business processes, and conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. The Senior Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams to translate needs into clear specifications and actionable recommendations. Daily tasks include preparing detailed documentation, facilitating workshops and meetings, supporting project planning, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives and user needs. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights. Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution design. Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, present findings, and facilitate discussions. Experience in analyzing and improving business processes and defining clear, measurable business requirements. Hands-on experience with modern analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, visualization tools, requirements management software). Proven track record working in remote, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of project management or agile methodologies and familiarity with IT or technology-driven environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in business analysis are a plus.
