Role Description The React Developer will design, develop, and maintain user-facing web applications using React and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive UI components, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The role also involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and backend developers to deliver features from concept to deployment, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical documentation. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, independence, and a commitment to writing maintainable, scalable code. Qualifications Strong skills in Front-End Development and JavaScript for building responsive, accessible user interfaces. Experience with React and Redux.js for state management and component-based application architecture. Solid understanding of Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles, including APIs and integration workflows. Knowledge of modern web tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn), version control (Git), and testing frameworks. Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional components and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills in a remote, collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience deploying applications to cloud or modern hosting platforms is a plus.
