Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and improving EgoTECHworld’s technology infrastructure and services. In this role, the analyst will monitor systems and applications, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations. Daily activities include providing technical support to internal teams and external clients, analyzing system performance, documenting incidents, and recommending enhancements. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, assist with implementing new tools and solutions, and help ensure that technology services are efficient, secure, and aligned with business requirements. The role also involves clear communication of technical information to non-technical audiences and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess system performance, interpret data, and identify root causes of issues. Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, including common operating systems, networks, and applications. Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, documenting issues, and explaining solutions. Relevant experience in an IT analyst, help desk, or technical support role is beneficial. Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT best practices (e.g., ITIL) is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
