Role Description The Webmaster role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s websites and online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include updating site content, ensuring site uptime and performance, implementing design changes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support new features and campaigns. The Webmaster will oversee site security, troubleshoot technical issues, manage integrations with e-commerce and analytics tools, and ensure an accessible, user-friendly experience across devices and browsers. This role also involves monitoring web metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to digital strategy initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Web Design and user experience to create and maintain engaging, accessible websites. Experience with E-Commerce platforms and workflows to support online transactions and product or service offerings. Proficiency in Programming (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks) to implement features and resolve technical issues. Ability in Project Management to coordinate web initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Knowledge of Web Analytics tools to track performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics, and to inform data-driven improvements. Familiarity with SEO best practices, site security standards, and responsive design principles. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant education or certifications in web development, computer science, or a related field are beneficial.
