Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a React Frontend Developer. The person in this role will build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and related frontend technologies, ensuring performant, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. Daily responsibilities include implementing UI designs from mockups, integrating with APIs, troubleshooting and debugging issues, writing clean and reusable code, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves collaborating with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders to refine requirements, improve usability, and contribute to the overall frontend architecture. Qualifications Strong Software Development and Programming skills, including hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid Analytical Skills for debugging, performance optimization, and translating requirements into effective technical solutions. Effective Communication skills for remote collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear documentation of technical work. Foundational understanding of Sales or business-centric thinking to align frontend features with user and client needs. Experience with modern frontend tooling (e.g., React hooks, state management libraries, build tools, testing frameworks) is highly beneficial. Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and agile development practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
