Role Description The Full-stack Ninja role is a full-time, remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end services and APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and security. The role also involves collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, reviewing and improving code quality, writing unit and integration tests, and participating in agile ceremonies. The Full-stack Ninja is expected to troubleshoot issues, optimize existing features, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular). Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages) and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling. Knowledge of version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines) for modern software development workflows. Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP; containers and orchestration are a plus). Familiarity with software testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end) and debugging techniques. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and to review code constructively. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
