Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and enhancing EgoTECHworld’s technology solutions and internal systems. This role includes monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing timely technical support to internal teams and clients. The analyst will assess user requirements, participate in solution design, and assist with implementation, documentation, and testing of IT changes and upgrades. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining security and compliance standards, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to ensure issues are understood and resolved. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to existing processes and technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
