Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Developer role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning and deep learning models, implementing algorithms for pattern recognition, and optimizing neural network architectures for performance and accuracy. The role involves working with natural language processing (NLP) systems, integrating AI models into existing software products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The AI Developer will write clean, maintainable code, conduct experiments and evaluations, document processes and models, and help improve internal AI frameworks and best practices. This position also includes staying updated on emerging AI technologies and contributing to technical articles, demos, or proof-of-concept projects. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control tools. Practical experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model training, evaluation, and optimization. Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, or similar). Proficiency in AI-focused programming languages and tools such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning libraries. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliable, scalable solutions. Experience with deploying models to production (APIs, cloud platforms, or containerization) is a plus. Interest in contributing to technical documentation, demos, or articles that share AI knowledge and best practices.
