Role Description The Associate Business System Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and improvement of business systems and processes. In this position, you will gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to support solution development and implementation. You will participate in systems analysis, review existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and alignment with business goals. Daily activities include working with stakeholders to clarify needs, preparing documentation and reports, assisting in testing and validation of system changes, and providing ongoing support for deployed solutions. You will also help maintain standards, best practices, and knowledge repositories related to business and system analysis.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and manage stakeholder needs.
Candidates should possess Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills to evaluate, design, and optimize business applications and workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare accurate documentation.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
Experience with requirements management tools, process modeling, or workflow diagramming is beneficial.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall) and basic understanding of IT concepts is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
