Role Description The Keyboard Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for efficiently handling data entry, document preparation, and electronic record maintenance using office software and equipment. Daily tasks include typing and formatting documents, updating databases, processing forms, and supporting administrative workflows. The role involves handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and routing inquiries to appropriate team members. The Keyboard Specialist will assist with general clerical duties such as organizing digital files, managing schedules, and supporting internal communication. Collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate information flow and timely completion of tasks is expected. Qualifications Strong clerical skills, including accurate typing, data entry, and document organization. Proficiency with office equipment and common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email tools). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally in a remote environment. Professional phone etiquette and experience providing administrative assistance in an office or remote setting. High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Comfort working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating with distributed teams. Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or support role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
