Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in the USA, with a mix of on-site work and flexible work-from-home arrangements. This role involves monitoring and supporting IT systems, analyzing technical and business requirements, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The analyst will provide technical support to internal stakeholders, document incidents and resolutions, and recommend improvements to processes and infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with vendors or other IT teams, maintaining system security and performance, and contributing to IT projects and upgrades. The role also requires clear communication with non-technical users and participation in knowledge-sharing activities. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess system performance, interpret data, and support decision-making. Solid foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of operating systems, networks, and common business applications. Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and connectivity. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with IT service management tools, ticketing systems, and documentation best practices. Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and data protection practices. Ability to work both independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
