Role Description The C++ Developer role is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented C++ code, participating in back-end development projects, and contributing to the design and architecture of software systems. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and integrate new features. Additional duties include maintaining existing codebases, improving application performance, and ensuring software quality through testing and debugging. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Candidates should possess solid Programming skills with a focus on C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Candidates should possess experience in Software Development, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of applications. Candidates should possess familiarity with Back-End Web Development practices, APIs, and integration with databases or services. Experience with modern C++ standards (e.g., C++11 and above), STL, and debugging tools is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with distributed teams. Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and collaborative development workflows is an advantage.
