Role Description The AI Software Developer will design, build, and optimize AI-driven applications and services, with a focus on scalable and maintainable software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating machine learning models, implementing pattern recognition and neural network algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical features. The role also involves working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques, conducting experiments, evaluating model performance, and documenting code and architectural decisions. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication, proactive collaboration, and independent problem-solving in a distributed environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices. Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and deploying AI models. Hands-on skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with text data, language models, and related frameworks. Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++), and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and version control tools (e.g., Git) for modern software development workflows. Ability to analyze complex problems, design robust solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to varied stakeholders. Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in AI/ML projects, MLOps practices, or deploying models into production environments is a plus.
