Role Description The Website Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites and web applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers and other team members to translate requirements into efficient, secure, and scalable solutions. The Website Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with knowledge of server-side languages, databases, and API integration. Candidates should possess Web Development skills that cover end-to-end site implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Candidates should possess solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and website performance optimization. Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment. Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience using version control systems such as Git.
