The terms and conditions of your internship are as follows:

  1. Nature of Internship & Remuneration
    This is a voluntary, unpaid internship focused on training and skill development. You will not receive a monthly allowance or salary. The primary benefit of this program is the technical mentorship and real-world project experience you will gain.
  2. Duration
    The internship will commence on [Start Date] and continue for a period of 06 months. The duration may be extended based on mutual agreement and project availability.
  3. Remote Working Arrangement
    This position is fully remote. You are not required to report physically to the office. You are expected to have your own computer and a stable internet connection to perform your duties.
  4. Project-Based Schedule
    This is a project-based role. You do not have fixed "9-to-5" working hours. Instead, you are required to meet project milestones and deadlines assigned by your supervisor. You must participate in scheduled online progress meetings.
  5. Scope of Training
    You will be assigned specific modules or tasks related to ongoing software development projects. Your responsibilities will include coding, testing, and documenting software solutions as directed by the technical lead.
  6. Confidentiality & IP Rights
    You agree to keep all company data, source code, and client information strictly confidential. Any software, code, or intellectual property developed by you during this internship shall remain the sole property of EGOTECHWORLD (PVT) LTD.
  7. Termination
    Either party may terminate this internship with 7 days' notice via email. The Company reserves the right to terminate the internship immediately in cases of professional misconduct or failure to deliver assigned project milestones.

This appointment shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
