Role Description The Business Analyst role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions, facilitate meetings and workshops, and support the development and implementation of IT solutions. The role also involves preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and business metrics. Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation. Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and presenting insights. Knowledge of business processes and experience mapping, analyzing, and improving workflows. Ability to define, prioritize, and manage business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, requirements management tools). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in a remote environment, with strong time management and self-organization skills. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies is beneficial.
