Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting revenue growth and brand visibility. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in identifying potential leads, conducting market research, and supporting outreach campaigns via email, social media, and other digital channels. The role includes engaging with prospective and existing customers, responding to inquiries, and helping deliver a positive customer experience. The intern will also help prepare sales presentations, draft marketing content, track campaign performance, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. This position offers practical exposure to sales and marketing processes in a technology-focused environment and requires consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with leads and clients. Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support pipeline development and follow-up activities. Candidates should possess an aptitude for Training and learning new tools, processes, and sales techniques. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is beneficial.
